I just noticed that my rover has a sort of loud whine noise that goes off and on.... in park & reverse, goes away when I step on the gas. What could this be? It's kinda annoying, thanks guys

Check the belt tensioner.... this is a normal issue... change it if it is making noise. Unless you feel like trying to change the bearing, but if it is a D2, it is a plastic tensioner... change it before it goes bad.

okay, thanks Joey. I'll do that. It's a D2, so I guess the thing is plastic. What does the part run, off hand?

Hey Joey

I had to head out of town and still need to change the tensioner and belt. Do you have that diagram handy just so I avoid doing something stupid when changing the belt?

Thanks
Charlie
