The black plastic is fading and looking horrible.

Solution: A container of "Mothers Preserves Protectant" from Canadian Tire. It says it offers 30 day protection: well.

Applying this with a cloth and wiping off made all the plastic black again and so far that's lasted almost 90 days. Problem solved.

I had one of my headlight washer spray nozzles replaced under warranty because it turned a milky gray color at about 8k miles. Hope that is not what to expect out of the wheel well trim and rear bumper.

Really? You mean they didn't open up the manual to the window washing page and make sure you were doing it correctly? :)

What did they say the problem was with the nozzle?

They offered no excuse. They just replaced it without question. So far they are holding up well. My LR3 stays outdoors so that may not help things.
