Black Smoke

I have black smock coming out of my Discovery 1 v8 3.9
@ 3000 rpm and more
and if i put it on park the rpm go's up and down
any one can help me out

RPM up and down sound like the TPS (throttle position sensor) or the MAF (Mass Air Flow Sensor) may be dirty.

Black smoke could either be bad gas, or your burning oil.... valve seals, rings, could be a lot of things.
