Blinker trouble

The turn signals on the drivers side of my 99 Disc II do not work. When I push the turn signal lever down I hear two quick clicks comings from the steering column. The blinkers do not work on the driver's side when I use the emergency flashers also. When I depress the flashers button I hear the same two clicks coming from the steering column. Any ideas.

Maybe a fuse or a relay or something

Check for corrosion in each turn signal bulb connectors also check to make sure the bulbs or a bulb is not burned out.
