Bluetooth Issue

Im new to the board and I just bought a LR4, HSE package and my phone isn't working with the bluetooth.

When I went to the Range Rover site is said it was "still testing" my phone. Any information or help would be appreciated.

Other than that, I LOVE this truck. It can't even compare to my old Denali.

What brand / model phone do you have, and how is it not working? Meaning not pairing at all, not reconnecting automatically, not staying connected...

I have an HTC Touch Pro 2 and its pairing and connecting.

It reads my phone book, will make calls, etc. The problem is that I can't hear anything, the stereo doesn't kick off, etc. The phone will connect, and I can be heard, etc, but I can't hear anything.
