Buying a 2001 SE need some help

Hi,
I am new to Land Rovers and my wife wants a Discovery, we are looking at a 2001 SE with 35k miles with rear air, 18" wheels, and navigation. The person selling it says it is in perfect shape and they are asking $19300.00 for it. Are there any options that are a must have for Discovery's? How can I tell if it has the performance pkg? Do you think this is a fair price for this car? Thanks in advance for your help and I look for to posting more soon.

My only feed back is on the options. Most consider the performance package to include ACE, SLS. ACE consists of high pressure hydralic rams to help your sway bars keep the truck level on turns. The SLS is your rear air suspension.
I have both of these features and they are great. What are youwanting to do with this truck/
