Catalytic Converter Replacement Options?

Hello all,

I have a friend with an '08 (I believe) LR3. He has been quoted $4,000 by the dealer to replace the Cats on his 140,000 mi LR3. It won't pass emissions without the repair.

Are there any other options out there? I notice Rovers North and Atlantic British don't carry anything other than Magnaflow exhaust parts for the LR3. Thanks..

Perhaps a low mileage used one from roverland would be an option.
