2015 LR4 SCV6 (GAS) --- If anyone has replaced the #1 Right Bank O2 sensor, does this one look correct? If you zoom in, it appears that the wire (white section) on this one may have been cut and then patched back together. Having an issue with code P0420-00 (Catalytic below efficiency). Only happens if I go highway speeds, so trying to look at other possibilities before a CAT replacement.

Has anyone replaced the right CAT in the drive/garage at home? Wondering how accessible the top bolt at the exhaust manifold is from under there. Doesn't look like it is readily accessible.

Top bolt can be accessed through the fender well. Just remove the heat shields.

Pretty sure that is just strain relief for the wire.

Annoying part of removing the cats are the clamps before the muffler. Bolts to the exhaust headers aren't bad, I used lots of extensions.

Replace the bolts and clamp with new hardware and slaz it up with high temp anti-seize. The next guy will thank you.

Just extensions without pulling the inner fender cover, or did you pull the cover too?

Anyone ever remove the Catalytic Converters and spoof the O2 sensor leads?

Extensions and wobbles.
Ok. I have found a CAT, the rear gasket & new nuts, and the bolts for the manifold connection, but cannot find the gasket for where the CAT front pipe connects to the exhaust manifold. Do you happen to have a part number for whatever gasket goes there?
