Simple enough, get a funnel that fits into the plug hole in the top of the rad. Fill the rad through the funnel until it flows up into the bottle and comes to the right level. Set the heater system on "Full heat, Defrost", run the truck and rev it up in short bursts, you should see bubbles coming up the funnel. keep the funnel level maintained as sometimes it gulps as air comes out. Watch the temp gauge and as it gets up to normal range you should a; have nice hot air coming out of the screen vents and b; you should be able to feel the top rad hose warming up. Keep reving it up until you get this, pull the funnel out and screw in the plug (carefull as the coolant may now be hot if you took a while), put the cap back on the bottle, job done. the next day or when it has cooled down just check the level again and top off as required.
