cigarette lighter receptacle not working

Are there any replacement cigarette lighter receptacles that fit the OEM for a 2000Discovery II? I have a hard time spending $36 for an OEM receptacle. also, how does the old one come out?

First remember it is a Cigar lighter... second I think it just pops out... I could be wrong though.
