I was coming to a gentle stop when all of a sudden I hear a clunk from the bottom of my vehicle, like something broke. It sounded like it came from the center of the vehicle, where the front differential would be. Then, as I started to drive again, I was hearing a number of different sounds. My wife says they were coming from the center again but I thought it was coming from near the driver side wheel well. The noise sounds like a part moving around, then like we were dragging a piece of metal and even like a stone in a tin can at times. My ignorant visual inspection didn't reveal anything.

Front Diff and tie rods were replaced about 10k miles ago. I have a '08 LR3 SE with 111k miles. Any ideas on what I should look for?

Lower control arms? When the bushings on the arms wear out, the control arms hit against the frame/support members.
