Clunking noise, only in gear

Hi team,
Just finished a water pump and crossover pipe replacement on a 2016 lr4 scv6. During the second test drive the car has a loud knock/clink when in gear. Does not make noise in park or while revving. Car has a U0102 code for tcm but also needs a battery so not sure if that from low voltage. I have a YouTube clip below that shows the clunking noise. I thought it was rod knock at forst but seems to be from the transmission or transfer case. Appreciate any help or tips

Oh that is horrible lol. It sounds like the timing to light the air/fuel mixture is wrong. Look for a plug in the engine bay that isn't where it should be or is unplugged and look at the air intake channels too.

Sounds like spark-knock/preignition to me as well. Any chance you disconnected the knock sensors when removing the supercharger? I hit one of the sensor connectors when i did mine.
