I figured I would post this thread over here since I have 19" tires on my LR3 and most LR3 owners are running 18" tires. Has anybody driven the Cooper Zeons in winter? I now know that they are a great beach tire but I have some concerns about using them in winter. I'm sure they will provide traction but winter tires are all about braking and turning on snow, ice & slush. It's time to replace the Nokian Hakka R tires we had on the LR3 the last 4 winters. Hakka's were great in deep snow and on ice but not so great in the rain and really scary on slush. May go with the Pirelli ice & snow or Nokian WRG2 for better hydroplaning resistance in winter.
