Cost of out of warranty service?

I was quoted $500 for oil change and standard 6 month service following the expiration of my warranty. Does this sound correct? I have to pay $500 every 6 months for an oil change?

Yes, that $500 is high.
But I doubt that is about $350 higher than the already too high oil change price.
Must be some other things done at the 6 month. Check your manual or ask.
