I have a 2005 LR3 that was recently in an accident. My husband had his assistant take my truck in to fix a nail in my tire and wrecked it on the way there. He was not hurt but a few of the other drivers were and are now suing me. I was surprised on how well it held up considering 8 cars were involved and my truck ended up on its side. (From what I understand it rode up on the back trunk of a Firebird and then tipped over) I have never seen so many airbags in one vehicle before! The damages to my truck are somewhere around $18,000. It's been 2 months and my truck is still in the shop. Apparently it takes awhile to get parts for an LR3. I miss my truck so much. I can't wait to get it back! They said it should be done in 2 more weeks. Anyway, If I knew how to post pictures of the accident on here I would but I just joined and I'm still trying to figure it out.

That's a nice PDF document on the LR3.

I'm pretty satisfied with the results...except for the fact that every SUV they rated received 3-5 stars. ? Either they are all that good, they're in bed with the auto industry, or they need more granularity in their results.

In any event, it was easier than me finding out on my own! Thanks for the link.
