Hello
First post but long standing LR fan.
I frequently am off road in 2013 LR4 with HD. I usually shift into low range and lift suspension but not do not engage any special modes. Using truck in this fashion, will the diff locks function? I occasionally see the two front wheels on screen but not all four or the rears. Thank you in advance.

They will. The vehicle has a very good idea of what's going on.

I usually use auto for sand because I don't like how aggressive sand mode is, and the diffs will still lock per usual.

The rear diff will even lock if you floor it from a standstill on dry pavement (straight line)
