Do not drain radiator coolant?

There's a warning sticker under my hood that says something like,"Genuine Land Rover coolant. Do not drain." My repair manual told me how to drain it so I'm assuming I can ignore the warning sticker or is there some reason why it shouldn't be drained? Please help.

Coolent drain.

It's ok to drain just use the correct coolent such as Caltex Extended Life Coolent.

alright cool... I made sure to get a coolant that listed aluminum engines.
