Driver's Door Weather Seal Aftermarket

My driver's door weather seal has a tear in it from the seat belt not recoiling completely. I want to change the weather seal but it appears they are only available as OEM which cost around $130.00.

Anyone find an aftermarket alternative?

Junk yard will get you a nice worn seal... Of course, there are so many aftermarket options. you will just need to confirm dimensions. Google is your friend.
