DTC P008B and P0089

I had DTC codes P008B and P0089. But P008B was in permanent status, indicating as "Low fuel trail pressure too high"; while P0089 was pending, stating the fuel pressure regulator fail. Suggestions?

I researched the situation by erased the codes, but P008B still there. And I disconnected the the Fuel rail pressure sensor, and started the vehicle. I got the same codes. I determined the the sensor circle opened, that made the pressure reads (voltage too high, above 5.0v). Bought the Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor (PN LR079937), and replaced. The issue was fixed up.
