the 09' parts/accessories catalog offers fenders and other components in certain colors. It's never cheap if done well unless you do a lot of prep/sanding/etc. I'd worry about scratching.

One of the reasons I got the 08 was that the 09 was coming with painted fenders and other color matching that I didn't care for. I've seen it done on older models as well, so it can be done, and it looks OK if you're into that. I just didn't like it personally.

Doesn't look too bad, but doesn't hold up well if you use the truck properly.
