flashing engine light

new to this site. after having a 03 disco a few years, i gave it a complete tune up. wire plugs, all of that stuff( it was misfiring at the 4th). what caused me to do that was not only the service engine soon light on, but it was flashing. after completing the work, the vehicle runs fine, BUT the light is still illuminated. i have checked everything i worked on and all is good. the light is still on. after a few days of troubleshooting i am about to take it to the dealer. should i, when the problem could be the memory simply needs to be cleared?

If just a SES light on have your local auto parts store read and clear the codes... please write down what the codes are.

If it is flashing that means to not drive it at all until you have the codes read.

If you still have codes after reading and clearing get back to us with any 4 digit fault code numbers.
By the way, have you rebuilt/replaced your front drive shaft yet because of the lack of grease fittings, if not you may want to talk to us about that also.
