Hello there my 2007 volvo motor of a Freelander II is making too much compression and the oil is going out through the stick meter. I have managed to open the valve a little bit more to release it and the car is working OK, but the mechanics insist that I have to open the motor. Do I really have to do this? Is dramatic and veeery expensive! Thanks!

Hey there,

You may want to post your question here:

The folks on the Freelander/LR2 forum can likely help you out better than us.
