ok I got ARB bumper used for $ 450 Craiglist was on Disc I and fit Defender ,now start the project I have access to a sheet metal shop in case I need any brackets to be fabricated
any instruction or guidance ..... Thank you

You need to be looking for a bumper in your local area because of the high cost of freight.

Mike the bumper is in my garage I need instructions in retrofit the ARB for Disco I to Disco 04

I doubt there are any printed instructions, this is going to be a mater of cut and trim. Have you already removed the factory bumper and will you be planning on mounting a winch to this, if so, you may want to plan on modifying the mounts to the frame or cruch can area because these bumpers will loosen up and droop a little.
If you want some help with this, APM me your number and I can tell you what othes have done to correct it.
By the way, while you have the bumper off, you might consider painting it to give you more rust prevention, Rustoleum Comerical is a good paint to use.
