On My 04 Disco Front Dr Shaft Replacing The Three U Joints. Can Be Replaced Or Buy A New One, Rate Replacement How Hard Is It, From 1 To 10.

Rebuild... you can do it your self or take it to a local machine shop...

If you don't have a press I would recommend taking it somewhere just in case.

As for parts, buy only U.S. made parts, Spicer or Precision. You'll need 3 u-joints and a centering ball.

Be sure to read the bit about how to lube it. People are still getting that part wrong.
The Spicer 5-4x u-joints that fit Land Rovers haven't been made in several years, and Spicer hasn't carried them on their books for over a year.
Precision or Neapco/PDQ are about your only choices for decent u-joints, unless you get something from the UK.
