Front Euro Plate Frame LR3/Disco3

My wife bought me a nice Euro (GB of course) front license plate for my LR3 for my birthday. Does anyone know how to procure a frame for one that specifically fits the LR3/Disco3 front bumper? Thanks...

My local dealer is saying that they do not have access to the Euro plate (CAN, US and MEXICO only). Does NE1 know where one can obtain the Euro plinth?
