I take it that you have a 99 D2, can you provide any background maintenance history?

Basics, like mileage, last oil change, last air filter, last major or minor tune up, do you have a CEL (check engine light).

Any info helps.

Ok, since you do not know the last tune up info, this may get to be fun.

On the D1 early 99 and older you have a fuel filter.
On the D2 late 99 and newer there is no real fuel filter, unless you count the screen on the pump.

You state after 10 minutes it pulls back a lot... I am not sure what you mean by this. Also how fast were you driving with this happened. Does it clear up if you place in 3rd gear vice drive. Does adding gas peddle or removing from the gas pedal change things?

If it were mine I would start by basic tune up. Plugs,(champion plugs) new wires, new air filter, maybe even run some seafoam through the gas, oil and intake (search other treads on how this is done), then change oil within 200 - 300 miles.

ABS, TC lights are an indicator of ABS issues, could be ABS sensor needs reseated/cleaned or replaces, ABS modulator issues, or a few others. Lots of info on this via a search as well.

Give us a basic this is what happens story. (i.e. after starting and sitting in driveways for 10 minutes it sounds like it is dieing, or after starting, then 10 minutes after driving down highway it feels like the engine stalls. etc)

i will change all the items you mentioned. it seems to be if i am driving along and if i did put my foot on the gas it pulls back as if it is going to stop. if i pump the pedal quickly the gas gets through and the car stays at aroung 40mph

try down shifting when this happens and see if the issue goes away. Could be a VSS issue as well.
