2011 LR4 mileage

I have about 4500 miles on the car. I do a lot of mixed driving (city/highway). I love the vehicle but MPG is not its strong suit! I get about 12 - 14 in the city and 17 -18 on the highway. Much worse if I put stuff on the roof rack.

I have taken a couple long trips (500mi +), and averaged right around 20mpg while averaging 70mph. Typically, I am doing 70-80mph on the highway (usually 10 mph over). Best I have seen was 20.8mpg on a long stretch of 55mph zone. This is on a 2013 HSE truck with just family and luggage on board.

2012 lr4

I'm getting 16.5 mpg combined city/highway. I do mostly city driving.

2013. Getting 15.2mpg on 70% highway. With Frontrunner roof rack.

I do 90% city driving and don't drive like a grandma. I'm at 12.6 mpg after 9k miles.

Good thing has is cheap!!
