Gas to TD5 conversion

I currently have a disco 1 and am thinking about converting it to the td5 motor. Has anyone tried this or know much about the TD5?

Talk to East Coast Rover (www.eastcoastrover.com) They have done a bunch of conversions. Bring your $$$!! They have a write up on their website detailing the job (Discotech). It's not easy, but it can be done. You'll need (in addition to the engine) a new transmission and crossmember and all sorts of little bits and pieces. I've thought about it, but I'll wait until the V8 blows up.
