Gear Oil

Hi everybody need some help on choosing the correct gear oil i should use for my 96 disco V8I for the front and back differential i was thinking on some Redline Gear oil but i don't know what grade i should use.

80/90 weight would be best.

Also buy the same for the transfer case while your at it. Just get a oil gun, it will help alot when trying to change it.
