headlight warning chime

I have a 95 discovery and I've notice that mine does have a warning for when I leave my headlights on. I was wondering if this is just not a feature in this seris of discovery or there is some type of electrical problem in mine?

Ok that's what I thought. So is this gonna be an electrical issuse or something else? Maybe a blown fuse? I've looked at all the fuses when I first got it and didn't see any blown but I''ll check again later
