Unlike others, I doubt the source of your woes is the state of the spark plugs. This is old school thinking… with very old tech spark plugs.
Perhaps an injector has failed. But 3 of them? Unlikely.
Using the wrong octane fuel would be problematic, to say the least.
I would start by ensuring
1 only the right fuel. If it isn’t, change it out.
2 confirming the vehicle is in good order…. filters, maf, battery, etc.
3 perform a system reset and reconfirm codes.
4 if the very same codes are thrown then, inspect injectors and plugs.

Incidentally, the workshop manual lays out the procedure of pinpoint tests. But it starts with the above process for a reason - its easy and fast.
