I want to lubricate the wheel centers as recommended on the service checklist every 15k. Where exactly do I lubricate and what exactly should I use to do this?? Thanks

This is simply smearing some anti-seize on the flange of the hub that contacts the wheels. Will prevent the wheel from seizing onto the hub and make wheel removal easier. I also smear some on the rotor center (the area where the lug studs come through) DO NOT get anti seize on the rotor braking surface and use very little on the rotor center so that it doesn't flig onto the rotor face.

Also make sure to apply anti-seize to the lug nut threads and tapers. Makes torquing them properly possible, and ensures an easier time of removal.
