How do you program... 1995 RR 4.0SE

How do you program a key for a 1995 RR 4.0SE? This info would come in real handy!!! I appriciate any input you guys can give me...

Is it a new key or a key from another RR? If it the original key that you have changed the batteries on or disconnected the battery, put the key in the drivers side lock, and turn to lock, hold it in that position for 30 seconds, remove and it will have learned the system codes.
