Royal Land Rover of Tucson has 4 2016 LR4's in stock as of 5/6/16. ALL of them have the HD package. I spoke with them once and that is how they order them. I see a fair amount of LR4/3's in Tucson and quite a few are expedition ready. They have 3 used LR4's as well but those are lease returns and I do not believe they have the HD package. Royal does not negotiate on price (pretty sure) but they are super friendly. FYI.
