Lost communication with parking brake

D4 2011 TDV6.
The parking brake engages and disengages perfectly and works perfectly but I seem to get the general U0128 comms error referring to the brake regularly .
Any ideas why? The circuitry is very simple and the brake works so why the error?

If you see the error and don't have any usability issues I wouldn't worry about it. My Disco has a few rogue codes that don't seem to actually mean anything.
