If your going to change your rotors I would suggest to upgrade to some slotted/drilled rotors. A little bit more $ but will improve your braking.

Ok, so I am thinking that it is the left rear caliper dragging. I think a piston might be getting stuck, because the squeal starts after a few hard/high speed-to zero braking maneuvers. This tells me that the pads are stuck in contact with the rotor and are probably glazing up, and when i stop hard the glaze is being rubbed off and the pads are makin contact with the rotors. Also, the left rear rotor is more gouged and grooved than any other, which means that its contact is being 'more' severe--you can really feel the ridges, is this going to mean that I will need new rotors too?

Ok so now, what should I do to free the piston? Anything easy? Would it be easier to just take the whole truck into a brake place and have them install new rotors, pads, and make sure the calipers are working properly? I do not have the time nor the facilities to really take apart my own calipers, and if I was going to bring it to a shop anyway, should I just fork over the extra money for new rotors (if the scarring on the left rear is too bad) and a caliper rebuild? Any help would be nice, I am mechanically inclined, but there is only so much I can do in my apartment parking lot before I just give up the money and throw the truck at an 'expert' (at charging $$ that is)....

Ok, well I havent touched up on this in a long time. I have determined it is just my calipers sticking on the left rear wheel. It starts up after a high speed stop, so I am guessing that the rotor/pads are getting hot and expanding, and the calipers are just keeping the pads close enough to squeal a little bit. I do not have the funds right now to fix it (as I plan on new rotors and pads all around), so I decided to live with it, as its not a real issue. The worst that will happen is I will gouge my rotors eventually, but I am going to do a four corner replacement eventually on em anyway. My rotoflex is pretty worn, but there is no way it could make this sound. Also, on my CDL with the light not coming on or going off, I actually realized that if I wiggle the CDL shifter in its gate, it will register and the light follows suit...so no big deal there. Thanks for the help on this, but it was just a sticking caliper!
