LR3 Performance modifications?

Yes, I have searched (LR3 Performance, upgrades, etc.) and no answers..

Anyway, have a 2005 LR3 SE, V8

Are there any good bang for the buck performance upgrades? i.e.

-Cold air intakes
-Air filters
-ECU upgrades
-etc.

that can be done to improve performance and MPG?

RoverAccessories.com has an air intake. There's a German company that is messing with the ECU's, and an English company has a quad exhaust with catbacks that looks cool.

Saw it in this months edition of Landrover Lifestyle magazine (LRL)

In reality, there is little you can do to our overweight petrol burning monster that would be a cheap 'n' easy win. For "performance" or "fuel economy", this is the wrong vehicle.
