LR3 Third Row Stuck

Hello,

I have a 2006 LR3 that the 3rd row seat are stuck in the fold down position neither latch releases them. It feels like its jammed or frozen pretty good. Is there a trick that would work to release them? or will I have to disassemble the entire back? If so what the less destructive way?
