I have a set of black cross bars that will fit an LR4/LR3 they are not OEM, and I got them off eBay some time back. Thule, and Yakima accessories fit on them with the correct mounting hardware.
They have never had anything mounted to them.
They are by no means perfect, but are in very good condition.
They do lock, and if you didn't know any better you would claim them to be OEM
$125 Shipped with the lower 48. I am willing to ship elsewhere but only at the buyers expense.
