I don't believe that is a good number. If your M&S are flashing first check and make sure your battery cables are clean and tight as well as the ground cable, then go get your voltage check at a local parts store. Should be between 13.6 and 14.4 volts.
Are you currently driving in limp mode?

The batterry is running at about A 12 and i just replaced the Alternator and im trying to figure out what mode its running in? I dont see a mode light to indicate what mode its in (mode button bellow the shift) but i do know that Its running on H and im trying to figure out how to put it back to N.

If the truck is not starting up in 3rd gear you are OK.
Get the voltage checked cause 12 volts won't cut it, the computer need a minimum of 13.6 volts.

Already answered that question, if you are in limp mode you usually start up in 3rd and have no power. Do you have an owners manual, may want to read it.
