I recently moved to a home that is 2 miles from work. I drive the LR3 less and less. In fact I haven't driven it in about 9 days.

...what are some things I should be careful of when it sits there for long periods of time like that? I'm thinking mainly about fuel and electrical, here.

...any tips for maintenance are appreciated.

Since mine isn't a daily driver there are times that it sits for 2+ weeks. I would say if it is in a garage invest in a battery tender to keep the battery up for extended periods. Other than that just drive it every couple of weeks. (You needed an excuse to go wheelin anyway right!)
