Just purchased my first LR3. Love it! Looking to upgrade to 19" OEM 6 Spoke Wheels. Any recommendations on where I can purchase these new or in like new condition?

Welcome aboard! Keep checking the forum boards for people looking to buy/sell the 19's for 18's. Most people here want the 18's for more tire choices than the 19" version. 19's are fine for a dedicated street machine. I can almost guarantee someone will be more than happy to trade your 18's for the 19's straight across.
