Took my RR in for service this morning and they called saying I needed brake service (only 15% left on both front and rear). And after a piddly 15k miles! Is this normal?

with the pads they put on the LR at build date.. yes

yeah...i have a new RR-HSE as well...and i had to have my brakes changes at about 18K...im also looking at new tires now too...hate to be the barer of bad news...i would recommend the Pirelli Scorpion Zero...pretty nice tires...i have a set coming in this weekend...
