Hi everyone, I'm a new member who just purchased a '97 4.6 HSE, green with cream interior and 61k miles. The price was good and the truck is in immaculate interior and exterior condition, at least so say my friends who've I feel like I got a good deal on it, but it has a good number of issues I have to work on (detailed in the Range Rover technical forum). I spent some years as a Jaguar mechanic during which time I worked on these vehicles some. I always liked them, and I'm now in a position where I need a 4x4 vehicle for my fiancee, and so I went ahead and bought this one. Anyways, hopefully this will be a good vehicle. I've thought about getting another older one for myself, but my Jeep will do for the time being.
