Hi Everyone!

Am new to this forum and am hoping someone can help me out with my 97 Disco SE7. . . can anyone comment on how to reduce sway feeling?

Was told to put front/rear stabilizer bars on.

Advice, comments would be appreciated!

Start with how many miles on it, have you replaced the coils and shocks, have you inspected/replaced all the warn bushings and tie rod ends?
Are you saying you do not have a front and rear stabilizer, what sort of wheeling do you do?

Disco Questions

Thank you, Disco Mike for reply.

Answers to Q: did replace shocks - was told coils are good, no did not replace bushings, will check tie rod ends, yes to front stabilizer and no to rear stabilizer.

roading is mainly desert canyons and mountains. haven't done forests or waterways. am trying to get disco ready to do some up in OR and WA.

miles are 338K - how much can I rack up before a rebuilt is needed?

Thanks for any additional info so I get disco ready for OR/WA.

At your mileage, nearly every part of the steering and suspension are long since warn out.
I would suggest you send me your number so we can talk.

So, with your lack of Rover history, you are not willing to help answer your own questions, why even post if you are not ready to deal with your trucks issues?
