Hello...I am new to this site and own a 2003 Land Rover Discovery. I started having a overheating problem inwhich I was severly burned when the cap blew off. After it happened a few times to myself and my husband he checked the car and we ended up replacing the thermostat housing. Then the next probem led to the radiator having a crack. Now he is telling me we have water in the oil. Thoughts on this???

Yes, you have a major problem, mainly because your engine will only take so much over heating before it will need major repairs or replacement.
Do not drive it any more and if you want some help, PM me you number and I would be glad to walk you thru, step by step what to do.
