I own a beautiful 2004 Land Rover Discovery II HSE. I absolutely love my Disco, and perhaps I should seek counseling for that. It currently has about 85K miles on it. I have already replaced the airbag suspension with traditional suspension.
My BIGGEST drain right now is that both of the front seats squeak horribly. The good part is that this is not all of the time. We have pretty much narrowed it down to when it rains or high humidity. I'm pretty sure its got something to do with moisture.
I took it to the dealership and they told me the problem was loose seat frames and they would have to be replaced...at a cost of $$$ thousands per seat. That's utterly ridiculous to me.
Has anyone else had this problem?
