Ok, we just got our 2003 Disco HSE, and I am looking for some new side steps for the wife and kids to be able to climb in a little easier. Now every after market site I go to for the discovery II listings all stop at 2002. Is the 2003 not a disco II? I am really confused because I have seen the 2003 listed seperate. I really am not sure which to by for. Also, should I get the rotors turned on the brakes or just buy a new set from www.atlanticbritishs.com. I believe Rover says replace them. Thanks.

The 2002 & 2003 Discoverys are identical in wheelbase & overall length, so I don't see that you will have a problem fitting the 2002 sidesteps. With regards to your rotors, change them if they are worn down too much. How many miles are on your truck?

The side steps will be ordered today.
There is 23k on the Disco. A friend told me to go ahead and change them because the newer ones are slotted and drilled. I just find that really odd at 23k miles.
