No spark, replaced coil, stil no spark

Hey guys, i finally finished the valve job i undertook weeks ago, but now everything is back in place, but when i tried to start it, it wont start, it will turn over but thats it. We checked the spark, and the 4 plugs off the passenger side coil spark, but the 4 off the drivers side coil will NOT spark. So we replaced the coil hoping to fix the problem but there is still no spark, I checked the connection on the pack and everything appears fine. Does anybody have any suggestions or have had a similar problem? I would really appreciate any help, thanks guys,
