So I replaced the Fuel Temp Sensor and it fixed the hot start problem and I replaced the spark plug wires as one had been damaged from touching the exhaust and all in all the disco runs OK. (took it up to the snow and it was great) But here's my new problem: Still runs sluggishly when cold and if I get on it hesitates and sputters a bit. I sometimes even hear a miss. Otherwise it runs pretty well when warmed up except it seems that the second half of the excellerator travel does little if anything. It will do 85mph on the freeway no problem but getting on the gas is a excersize in futility as it seems the engine needs to build a head of steam before it gets up and goes. The tranny seams to be a little low to knock down sometimes but I dont think that's the problem. I realize I have 185hp tring to move a 5000lb brick with all sorts of transfer cases and differencials coplicating the passage of power to the wheels but this thing won't out excelerate anything!
